Our Leadership Team

The team is led by Director of Sensory Janet Williams and Vice President of Operations Scott Thompson. Janet and Scott rely upon decades of experience working with brands and manufacturers on implementing sensory analysis at various stages in development.

Janet Williams

Janet brings over 25 years of experience directing strategic research projects for CPG brands. Since beginning her career in sensory evaluation for Wilson Foods and Miller Brewing Company, she has held roles in consumer insight at Del Monte Foods, Clorox and Tragon, a full-service market research company. Janet is proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, and developing strategic consumer insights based on statistical data.

Scott Thompson

Scott holds over 20 years of experience in the CPG industry. In his role as vice president of operations, he oversees all business functions including compliance, client services, and sensory analysis. He works closely with brands to ensure they maximize the impact of the data interpretation. He also recently earned his juris doctorate from the University of San Francisco.
